Graduating as an Architect, designing spaces that unleash memories through spatial experiences. Now, as I transitioned to designing digital spaces that are user-centric, allowing me to create experiences that empower the users. Design is the conjunction between complexity and perception, creativity, intuitiveness. Along with a vision to create something innovative, the right strategy must also be implemented. “Creativity without strategy will always be an illusion.”
A process oriented mindset will always create meaningful designs. This helps me nail the precise problem I am intending to solve. It gives insights into how to create delightful experiences keeping the user at the apex.

The volatile nature of UX encourages me to keep learning. The key to growth is identifying and embracing the unknowns. Applying the learnings is also very essential. Knowledge has the power to control access to opportunity and advancements.
Sports have played a crucial role in shaping me as a person. Through sports I have inculcated values like teamwork, patience, tenacity, determination, presence of mind which have made me stand out as an individual.

User Experience and Interface Designer
Noccrac Robotics Pvt Ltd, Pune (December 2021 - Present)
At Noccarc we use real-world experience,clinical insights and intelligent technologies to advance next generation discovery and deliver innovative solutions of the future, today. At Noccarc I had full ownership of the product I was working on, and delivered it end-to-end with narrow timelines. Working in collaboration with the business team to understand the requirements and vision and business strategies, getting inputs from the hardware team and adhering to medical standards and guidelines. Punctuality, consistency and commitments is that intangible layer that made me standout. Along with designing, I'm also actively involved in planning and management of the product and its timelines that helps me develop not just my creativity but also my strategizing power that enables my holistic development, with a futuristic thought to lead a team. “Creativity without strategy is a mere illusion”.

Parallel, Bangalore (August 2021 - December 2021)
Team Parallel believed that building better products should not take forever. A method that helps achieve this is Design Sprints, where the team is involved in a structured brain-stroming process, to come up with the best ideas, build on each other’s solution, to create realistic digital prototypes that can be tried and tested with real users to generate insights and understand their behaviors. At Parallel, product ownership was encouraged and respected where the designer would work on it end-to-end, bringing out a sense of belonging.
Interaction Designer
Copods, Pune (December 2020 - August 2021)
Designing Human-Centric software products that enrich the experience, backed by research and created for a purpose. Coping with the agile development and lean, rigorous and iterative process. A process oriented approach to designs that helps eliminate the downall at different levels. Design Thinking was strongly focused on. I was encouraged to ask the question why until I was satisfied with the answer. Teamwork and collaboration, with equal contribution from team members.
UX/UI Internship
Ungrammary, Mumbai (October 2020 - December 2020)
A detailed understanding of the UX practices of strategizing, defining of the scope, structuring, developing the skeleton, making the digital surface and making it interactive. Systematic design hand-offs were a key learning. Being a part of the client meeting, understanding their needs and aspirations and then transforming them into an interactive product that meets their objective and satisfies their business goals.
Interior Designer
Peace Interiors, Pune (August 2019 - June 2020)
Working on residential and commercial projects, I took full ownership of the projects from ideation to designs to execution and hand-off. Site management and co-ordinating with laborers to get precision at the ticking clock. Detailing of the design, its fixtures, joineries play a vital role and need to be considered. Minimal wastage of material and thus designing consciously knowing dimension making it sustainable. Skills like punctuality, time-management, design with details and empathy were acquired.

From space planning to campus planning, working on a wide spectrum of projects. Understanding the indigenous construction techniques and materials of Goa. Attending client meetings, understanding their requirements, presenting the designs to the stakeholders. Communication and storytelling were essential skills developed here. Having a pre-planned schedule. Managing work and home staying alone made me an independent and confident individual.

The designs must be user-centric taking into consideration anthropometry, scale-proportions, colors and textures. Spaces narrate stories and give a flashback of memories that when the user associates with the space.
